Experience Service Advisor

Coburg Toyota is a busy, continuously growing Dealership in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Team.

This will be a fulltime position including some Saturday mornings on a roster basis. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for:

• Working within the dealership polices, guidelines and standards
• Greeting Guests as they enter the Dealership
• Scheduling Guest service repair orders
• Communicating clearly with the Guest to ensure all concerns are acknowledged
• Monitoring the process though the service department to detailing
• Preparing invoices and closing repair orders
• Be transparent and honest with the Guest with pricing, estimated completion times and providing updates to the Guest
• Ensuring the Guests' expectations are exceeded

You will supply :

• Exceptional Guest service skills
• Previous experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven time management skills
• Strong focus on GSI
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must have a current Australian Driver's Licence
• Must supply a Police Check, less than 3 months old
• Reliable and punctual
